Welcome to Move into Freedom : A Yoga and wellness holistic retreat with Namrata in the coastal state of Goa, India from 6th-13th March 2018 at Yogamagic Eco Retreat. You are warmly invited to delve into yourself for these 8 relaxing days, find a sense of calm & peace inside yourself and take that home with you. The core focus during the retreat is on releasing emotional, mental & physical stress and revitalising the body & mind. Through conscious movement, correct breathing, deep relaxation, deep listening, mindful eating, Ayurvedic massages, syncing in with nature's flow and spending time with like-minded people you are bound to experience inner and outer healing. As you learn to take responsibility of your own health through these tools of self-care, you move into freedom for life. There are limited spots available for this retreat as we only want to have a small group this time for an intimate & personal experience. Beginners and experienced practitioners will benefit equally from this retreat. All are welcome. We look forward to seeing you in Goa!

YOGA
2 Yoga sessions daily(90 minutes each): Morning will be a dynamic, breath-oriented hatha yoga session(yang) and evening will be a restorative, meditative yoga session (yin)
Morning and evening candlelight meditation
Yogic cleansing Kriyas

HEALING
Introduction to Ayurveda
Healing session with Ishi (Ishi runs Yogamagic along with her partner)
Afternoon workshops
Ancient Indian fire ritual

ACCOMODATION
Rajasthani luxury eco-lodges with twin sharing(double & twin beds can be arranged as per requirement), a little living room inside, open bathrooms with eco toilets, verandah looking over the goan paddy fields with a sunset/sunrise view. 

Yogamagic has a natural pool along with relaxing spaces facing the paddy fields. 
There are many beaches around Yogamagic which you can easily go to in your free time during the day.

30% non-refundable deposit to be paid at the time of booking to secure your spot. 
70% to be paid 6 weeks prior to the retreat

If you don't hold an Indian passport then you will require a visa.

We can organise airport transfers for you from Goa airport to Yogamagic. Please let us know in advance if you require them.
